The Retired Heads of Mission Association (RHOMA) was established in 1987 as a voluntary grouping of retired Canadian Ambassadors, High Commissioners and Consuls General.

Today we have over 260 members resident across Canada and abroad.

Membership is open to persons who have served Canada abroad as Ambassador, High Commissioner, Permanent Representative or Consul-General and are fully retired from the Public Service of Canada.

RHOMA carries out a modest range of activities to further education in international affairs and to improve international understanding.
